The NSW Government introduced long awaited legislation into Parliament on Thursday 25 June to reform roadside drug testing laws.

The Bill has to pass the Legislative Assembly before coming to the Legislative Council, where Legalise Cannabis NSW will have the opportunity to move amendments. We expect that to happen in August.

We have only just received the text of the Bill and will be closely scrutinising it over the coming weeks. We will keep members updated as it progresses through Parliament.
