The Department of Transport and Main Roads, Land Transport Safety and Regulation Branch, under the former ALP Queensland Government, was tasked with a Drug Driving Review. The Recommendations from this review are now with the current LNP Queensland Government.

The LCQ Party urges all medicinal cannabis patients to email the Minister of Transport and Main Roads and ask him to make the recommendations public, as a matter of urgency. The Review was launched in August 2022, with a completion date of year-end-2024!
