Campaign HQ Launch, Froth & Fury and the Hemp Mobile Tour

In late January the official opening of Legalise Cannabis South Australia’s Campaign HQ was held, after the office had been highly decoratively cannabis wrapped! You’ll find the Party’s Lead Legislative Council candidate, Jessica Nies, in the office in Station Arcade, Hindley Street, Adelaide on Thursdays and Fridays (other days depending on staff availability).

LCSA Party also attended the Froth & Fury Fest in Adelaide with a market stall offering merchandise and the opportunity to sign the SA petition, as well as giving everyone the chance to become a member of the Party while there! Jessica said it was an amazing day and sent out a big thank you to the hundreds of people who stopped to sign the petition and share their cannabis stories; the good, the sad and the absolutely hilarious!

Jessica further noted that she truly appreciated hearing from each and every person because it really pushes her to work harder for the cause, on their behalf, noting it’s not too late to join the team and get involved with the campaign!

In early February, Jessica, along with Party members and volunteers, toured the State in the Hemp Mobile and chatted with other members, volunteers and the general public about LCSA’s plans for South Australia.

The Tour was successfully completed with only one major hiccup, a bushfire on the mainland kept the team on Kangaroo Island for a night when the ferry was cancelled. So, with apologies to those on the Copper Coast, the Hemp Mobile will be back out there, before the Election.

Are You Eligible & Enrolled To Vote?

With the State Election on the 21st of March 2026, LCSA will need every vote to help change unfair driving laws, stop workplace discrimination, allow home grow and support personal cannabis use. You’re eligible to enrol if you:

  • are 18 or older
  • have lived at your current address for at least one month.

Kindly note that the Electoral Roll closes at 5pm on Friday, 27th February, 2026.

Every vote counts. Let’s make this the election for real change! If South Australia can get a member elected to parliament, Legalise Cannabis Party will have MPs from coast to coast, right across the nation, exemplifying to all that we are no longer a fringe movement but a real voice to be heard!
