Location and participation
AGMs are formal affairs, and only matters on the Agenda can be formally discussed and voted on. Members may raise issues to discuss in General Business but no formal motions may be put. All current members (as shown on the register at 5pm 29 November) are eligible to attend.

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. There are nine elected positions on the Management Committee. To nominate for a position on the Management Committee you must be a voting member and you warrant that you have read the various Acts governing the operation of Incorporated Associations and a registered political party and that you accept the legal obligations pursuant to being a member of the Committee. Further information on the Management Committee election, the specific offices and the skills required can be found HERE.
Candidates for the Management Committee must be prepared to commit a significant amount of time and effort if elected. To obtain a nomination form CLICK HERE
Voting members can appoint the Chair or another voting member as your proxy. To obtain a proxy form please email [email protected]. Only those voting members present at the meeting (either physically or by proxy) may vote.
SUBCOMMITTEES. Members may be interested in getting involved in subcommittees. Expressions of interest in being on these Committees can be emailed to [email protected]
